GIMA is much more than just another networking group. We understand that we are the spokespeople for the Saint Louis region when it comes to digital marketing, and as the largest and most diverse group in the area, we passionately advocate for the industry. We seek to attract and retain the highest talent in the area and to put Saint Louis back on the map as a creative and digital hub for the country. In support of that mission, we work hard to educate, connect and partner with interactive professionals throughout the Saint Louis area and beyond.

GIMA's rapidly growing membership of over 440 members, and a mix of event attendees represents a cross section of agency, marketer, vendor, and publishing representatives. Events are consistently attended by CEOs, CMOs, Presidents, Brand Managers, VP/Media Directors, VP/Sales, Digital team leads, Account Management, Media Planners, Directors of Advertising, Campaign Managers, Product Marketers, Social Media "gurus" and many others, all integrally involved in moving their businesses and the interactive marketing world forward.

Throughout the year, GIMA's educational and networking events offer unique and compelling opportunities to be seen and heard by hundreds of the industry's most influential marketing professionals and decisions makers. GIMA sponsors receive valuable exposure to the Saint Louis interactive community and are recognized as leaders in our industry through their trusted affiliation.

You'll be in good company, as past/current sponsors include: Advertising.com, AOL, Yahoo!, Nestle Purina, Anheuser Busch, Scottrade, Google, SalesForce.com, ATG, Charter Communications, Time Interactive and CNN.

GIMA offers four levels of sponsorship:

  • Signature Sponsor
  • Hospitality Sponsor
  • Event Sponsor (topic/panel or speaker)
  • Media Sponsor

Signature Level

The Signature sponsor level is the highest level of sponsorship and offers exposure on the website, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, and throughout the year at all events, with extra emphasis on our educational events. This is a year-long major sponsorship and is the flagship sponsor of the 2010 year.

Sponsorship Cost: $10,000 (up to 2 sponsorships available)

Hospitality Sponsors

Support our networking and social events and also get online exposure throughout the year.

Sponsorship Cost: $3,000 (up to 6 sponsorships available)

Our annual golf outing is a major attraction for the Saint Louis community. Special sponsorship materials come out around mid-year for additional sponsorships. 19 sponsors are sought and it is $2,000 to sponsor a hole as well as getting your logo on the participation gift (last year was a golf umbrella).

Event Sponsors

Event sponsors support one or more of the special educational events from national speakers to the GIMA shoot out, to the annual Awards ceremony.

Sponsorship Cost: $5,000 (up to 6 sponsorships available)

Media Sponsors

Media sponsors support GIMA with "in kind" advertising and promotional efforts.

Note: companies that commit to sponsorship of multiple events in the same year will receive a discount on all event sponsorships that are part of that contract.

All sponsors (except Media sponsors) will receive the following benefits for their respective sponsored event:

  • Presenting Sponsor of one event.
  • Signage throughout venue (to be supplied by sponsor).
  • Three-minute promotional speech at beginning of event.
  • Marketing material giveaway.
  • Ability to "man the door" (= invite as many guests as you want)
  • Minimum of two email promotions/thank-you notes (total).
  • Logo on any GIMA promotional materials throughout the year.
  • Logo inclusion on GIMA signage and/or wall projections at [insert] events.
  • Logo on GIMA online properties (web site, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Right of first refusal for 2011sponsorship renewal.

Media sponsors receive the following for their "in kind" advertising and promotional efforts:

  • Logo on any GIMA promotional materials throughout the year.
  • Logo inclusion on GIMA signage and/or wall projections at [insert] events.
  • Logo on GIMA online properties (web site, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
