The Gateway Interactive Marketing Association (GIMA) has grown tremendously over the past year and a half. We now have over 650 active members and average between 70 to 80 participants at each event. To make these events as informative and fun as possible, it takes time, effort and money to coordinate and fund these events. Between now and the end of 2008, some of the board members will be rolling off. We have added 1 new member but are looking for addition support, please contact us if you are interested. Also, in 2009, we will be moving to a yearly fee based association. More on that to come, but for the remainder of 2008, we must rely on the generosity of our sponsors. To that end, I am happy to announce we have sponsorship opportunities for each of the remaining events. Your support would be appreciated.

Sponsorship Details

  • Permanent placement on our website as a sponsor
  • Placement in event invitation email sent prior to the event with logo and company mention.
  • Placement in event reminder sent out the Monday before the event with logo and company mention.
  • Signage at the event to be produced by GIMA which includes sponsor’s logo.
  • Collateral table provided for any/all media kits, tchochkes, additional signage etc.
  • 5 minute introduction/ presentation to the group prior to the panelist discussion.
  • Sponsor will receive full list (Name, Company, and email when available) of the attendees after the event.
  • Cost is only 1/2 of the event price to be put on the sponsors’ credit card at the conclusion of the event. The sponsor will in no way be responsible for more than 1/2 of the event.
  • Any/all travel arrangements to be handled by the sponsor.
